Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Truss Assembler to join our team in Green Bay. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Read and interpret truss design drawings and work orders
- Assemble trusses using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
- Position and secure wood components according to blueprint layouts
- Operate saws, pneumatic nail guns, presses, and other manufacturing equipment safely
- Inspect completed trusses for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed
Job Requirements
- Reliable and consistent attendance is essential
- Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, flex, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required
- English or Spanish speakers are eligible
