Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable CNC Machinist to join our team in Appleton. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Perform all set ups, including calculating speeds/feeds and selecting proper support equipment required to complete the job.
- Machine parts to print and quality standards
- Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or vernier calipers.
- Troubleshoot setups and first-run jobs
- Inspect finished parts and maintain equipment
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a job shop
- Experience with Haas CNC Lathes
- Ability to read and interpret prints
- Full machine setup skills (speeds/feeds, tooling)
- Ability to inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Quick learner, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing.
- Commitment to safety, quality control, and production standards.
