Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable VMC Machinist to join our team in Appleton. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Set up and operate VMC machines
- Machine parts to print and quality standards
- Troubleshoot setups and first-run jobs
- Inspect finished parts and maintain equipment
- Perform complete machine setups, including calculating speeds and feeds
- Select proper tooling and support equipment for each job
- Interpret prints and technical drawings
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years machining experience in a job shop
- Strong experience with Haas VMCs
- Ability to read prints and perform full machine setups
- Experience calculating speeds/feeds and selecting tooling
- Ability to inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Mastercam experience a plus
- Quick learner, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing.
