Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Blending Operator to join our team in Green Bay. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Prepare and measure ingredients accurately
- Follow recipes and production instructions
- Operate blending and other production equipment
- Monitor product quality and consistency
- Track batches and complete production paperwork
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Safely use forklifts and pallet jacks
- Follow GMP, sanitation, safety, and quality requirements
- Be flexible enough to work in different areas as needed
Job Requirements
- Stand and walk for the entire shift
- Perform repetitive movements with your hands, arms, and shoulders
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs., including up stairs
- Work on wet or slippery floors
- Work around loud machinery
- Use cleaning and sanitation chemicals safely
- Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 35°F to 100°F
- Perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Wear required PPE provided by the company
