Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Repair Line Operator to join our team in Appleton. As part of our general labor category, this full-time position involves:
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine the type of repairs required.
- Remove broken boards and components using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns.
- Replace and reassemble pallet parts according to company standards.
- Identify what needs to be repaired or replaced on a pallet.
- Use a nail gun for pallet repair.
- Quality check before putting on a conveyor.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
- Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and machinery handling.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist in general warehouse tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Must wear closed toe shoes.
- Standing and lifting up to 35 pounds for extended periods.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance is crucial for this role.
