Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Supervisor/Forklift Operator to join our team in Appleton. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Oversee the duties and tasks for employees; giving instructions, answering questions and troubleshooting problems that may arise.
- Supervise and support employees
- Operate forklift safely
- Ensure quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with 1st shift supervisors
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Participate in training new employees and spot checking for quality.
- Follow proper housekeeping procedures inside and outside the plant
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Previous supervisor and forklift experience
- Able to lift 35 lbs and work on your feet
- Comfortable with basic math and tape measure
- Must be able to sit, walk, bend and twist for long periods of time throughout the day.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
