Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Bottle Production/Inspector to join our team in Green Bay. As part of our general labor category, this full-time position involves:
Inspect bottles for quality defects and immediately communicate recurring issues.
Ensure bottles are packaged according to customer specifications and production requirements.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and customer standards.
Communicate effectively with outgoing and incoming Inspectors/Operators.
Accurately complete labels, production records, and required documentation in a timely manner.
Attend required meetings and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with onboarding and training new employees as needed.
Job Requirements
Must wear steel-toe shoes at all times.
Ability to stand, lift, bend and twist while holding heavy items for extended periods.
Must wear all provided PPE.
Reliable and consistent attendance is crucial for this role.
