Job Description

• Operate 1st and 2nd shift production when the team lead is unavailable.
• Monitor and implement Quality and Safety procedures
• Support the 1st and 2nd shift Team Leads to maintain a high-performing team
• Coach Team Members  on the company's expectations and standards
• Work Line and Boxing area
• Monitor breaks, changeovers, and downtime
• Oversee Red Zone and consumption
• Machine maintenance through preventative measures

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Detail Orientated
• Computer Skills including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn all applicable USDA, FDA, and OSHA regulations regarding food production
• Working knowledge of HAACP,SQF, or similar quality control or food safety programs
• Dependable and reliable attendance and attitude
