Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Sheeter Operator to join our team in Appleton. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Set up the Sheeter machine to ensure quality and continuous operation.
- Understand and operate basic machine functions to meet production goals.
- Perform Sheeter Helper tasks: packaging, labeling, splicing, roll tending, and opening rolls.
- Use EPICOR and other systems to track jobs and update status.
- Read and follow internal (Pro-Con) and customer job tickets.
- Act as the first line of quality control — detect, report, and correct material defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety regulations.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the Sheeter machine.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of light manufacturing experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Forklift experience
