Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Floor Technician to join our team in Appleton. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
Operate floor buffers and other floor-care equipment.
Clean, strip, wax, polish, and burnish floors.
Remove dirt, stains, and scuff marks from floor surfaces.
Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
Report maintenance issues or floor damage to supervisors.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Job Requirements
Ability to operate floor-care equipment safely.
Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Previous floor-care experience is preferred but not always required.
