We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Hotel Security / Guest Service Associate to join our team in Appleton. As part of our hospitalities category, this part-time position involves:
Patrol hotel property, parking lots, hallways and common areas.
Monitor and respond to security concerns, disturbances and emergency situations.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures in a professional demeanor.
Respond to guest complaints regarding noise, suspicious behavior or safety concerns.
Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures when necessary.
Investigate and report accidents, injuries or property damage.
Job Requirements
Must wear closed-toe, dress casual, shoes at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Assist with luggage handling.
Maintain professional and courteous presence throughout the property.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors.
