Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Wrapper/Casepacker Operator to join our team in Appleton. As part of our industrial category, this full-time position involves:
- Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on machines.
- Operate and maintain wrapper/casepacker equipment.
- Ensure products are wrapped, labeled, and packed correctly.
- Inspect products for defects, making adjustments when necessary.
- Complete production logs, job tickets, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to resolve issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machinery.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED. High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing/packaging experience preferred.
- Physical ability to lift (30 lbs) and work on your feet for long periods.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and adjust equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Quick learner, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing.
- Good communication skills for shift handoffs and team coordination.
- Commitment to safety, quality control, and production standards.
