Freezer Order Picker

This is a great opportunity Direct to Hire position here in Green Bay. A resume is required.

Job Description

• Responsible for adhering to procedures for safety, weekly/monthly inventories, loading & unloading trucks, palletizing, orders and production, and organizing and cleaning of Freezer.
• Physically transfer product onto pallet following pallet pattern and configuration from order. Assemble overnight shipments. Fill orders in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for product rotation.
• Responsible for communicating pertinent information with Supervisor.
• Responsible for safety and cleanliness of all freezer/cooler as per internal and USDA standards
• Float into Production work (primarily Packaging Area) where needed as directed by Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in Freezer. 75% of the shift is to work in the freezer - temperature is as close to -10 degrees.
• Prior Forklift experience is needed for this position, or ability to be
• Must be able to work independently and be self motivated.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Order accuracy is paramount
• Strong ability to work in a fast paced environment and have high attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance is required.
• Steel Toed Shoes or boots are required.
