Production Worker

This is a great Temp to Hire position in Green Bay.

Job Description

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Assembly line work.
• Must be able to bag, stack, count, oil, paper feed and bandsaw
• Must be able to follow a fair consistent line rotation on the line to perform job task
• Must maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Operate all equipment in accordance with the SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Maintain control of al equipment and tools
• Responsible for production shut down and clean up of food production line
• Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
• Able and willing to work in an environment with water, flour and other dust like ingredients
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) including but not limited to: no jewelry, no fake eye lashes or fingernail, and no nail polish
• Follow all company rules, regulations and documentation
• Must be able to read and write to receive ongoing training, including safety training
• Experience working in a manufacturing  environment / not required
• Ability to be flexible with line movement and cross training capabilities
• Must be able to stand on hard floor for one hour in one position
• Must be able wear Steal Toe safety shoes
• Must keep pace of of the production line
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Must be able to manage walking, bending, standing, twisting, and lifting  regularly through the working shift
